Privacy Policy

How Mythril Studios collects, uses, shares, and protects information in Mythril Arena.

Scope. This policy applies to the Mythril Arena mobile game, this website, account-deletion service, and support communications operated by Mythril Studios, an independent game developer based in Argentina.

1. Information we collect

Account and identity data

For an email-linked account, we process your email address, Cognito account identifier, chosen username, authentication status, and security-related account events. Amazon Cognito handles password authentication. We do not receive or store your plaintext password in our game databases.

For a guest account, we process a randomly assigned account identifier tied to the app installation or device storage. Guest progress may be lost if the app is removed, app data is cleared, or the device is changed before the account is linked.

Game and social data

We process profile and progression data, currencies, inventory, classes and equipment, reward claims, ranked results, matchmaking and party state, friends and social interactions, match history, gameplay outcomes, and server-allocation records needed to provide the game.

Purchases

Google Play processes payment details. We receive product identifiers, purchase tokens, transaction status, and related records required to verify purchases, grant items, prevent fraud, process support requests, and meet accounting or legal obligations. We do not receive your full card number.

Technical, security, and support data

We may process IP address, device and app information included in service requests, timestamps, error and diagnostic information, operational logs, authentication events, security signals, and service-performance records. If you contact support, we process your email address, message, and any information you choose to provide. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.

2. How we use information

  • Provide accounts, gameplay, parties, matchmaking, progression, inventories, rewards, purchases, and customer support.
  • Authenticate users, secure sessions, prevent cheating, abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access, and investigate incidents.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve service reliability and game balance using operational data.
  • Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms and Community Guidelines, and protect users and the service.
  • Send essential account messages such as registration and deletion verification codes. We do not send marketing email unless we separately ask for consent.

Depending on the context and applicable law, we rely on performance of our agreement, our legitimate interests in running and protecting the service, compliance with law, or consent where required.

3. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information and do not use this website for advertising or behavioral tracking. We share information only as needed with service providers, including Amazon Web Services for hosting, databases, identity, email, logs, and content delivery, and Google Play for app distribution, purchase processing, and purchase verification. These providers process information under their own terms and data-protection commitments.

We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse or security incidents, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

4. International processing

Mythril Studios is based in Argentina. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy protections may differ from those in your country. We use provider agreements and other measures required by applicable law for these transfers.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain active account and gameplay data while needed to provide the service. Operational logs are kept only for a limited period appropriate to security and troubleshooting. Support email is kept as needed to resolve the request, maintain a support record, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.

When you permanently delete an account, we delete or de-identify the account profile, gameplay, progression, inventory, social, matchmaking, and active account records associated with it. Deletion codes and temporary challenges expire quickly. Some records may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or logs until they rotate out under standard retention schedules.

We may retain transaction or purchase records in anonymized or restricted form where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, platform obligations, or law. Information that has been irreversibly aggregated or anonymized is not personal information and may be retained.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may delete a linked account through our web deletion flow. Guest accounts must be deleted inside the app from Settings because the website cannot verify a guest installation.

To make another privacy request, email support@mythril-arena.online. We may ask for proportionate verification. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. In Argentina, the supervisory authority is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.

7. Children and age requirements

Mythril Arena is intended for people aged 13 or older. If local law requires a higher age to consent to data processing, a parent or guardian must authorize use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child below the applicable age without required permission. Contact us if you believe this has happened.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards including encryption in transit, restricted service permissions, protected credentials, and monitored infrastructure. No system is completely secure. Protect your credentials and contact support promptly if you suspect account compromise.

9. This website

This website uses no analytics, advertising pixels, third-party fonts, nonessential cookies, or browser storage. The account-deletion page holds passwords and session tokens only in JavaScript memory for the active flow and clears them after use or failure. See our Cookie Notice.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the game or law changes. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when appropriate. Questions can be sent to Mythril Studios at support@mythril-arena.online.
