Account access
Include the account email or username and describe the problem. Never send your password or verification code.
Purchases
Include the product, approximate purchase time, and Google Play order ID. Do not send card details.
Technical issues
Include your device model, Android version, app version, what happened, and steps that reproduce it.
Player reports
Include the username, approximate match time, and a concise description. Follow the Community Guidelines.
Account deletion
Delete an email-linked account through the account-deletion page. Delete a guest account inside the app under Settings. If self-service deletion is unavailable, contact support from the linked email address.
Security reports
Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to the support address with enough detail to reproduce the issue safely. Do not access data that is not yours, disrupt the service, or publicly disclose an unresolved issue that puts players at risk.
