These Terms form an agreement between you and Mythril Studios, an independent game developer based in Argentina. By using Mythril Arena, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and legally able to accept these Terms. If local law requires parental permission, your parent or guardian must review and accept them. Provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity on your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Guest accounts are device-dependent and are not guaranteed to survive app removal, cleared app data, or a device change. Link the account to an email if you want a recoverable identity.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, Mythril Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Mythril Arena for private entertainment. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer except where law permits, bypass security, automate gameplay, interfere with servers, exploit defects, or use game materials outside this license.
3. Conduct and fair play
You must follow our Community Guidelines. Prohibited behavior includes cheating, bots, unauthorized software, exploiting vulnerabilities, harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, fraud, account trading, disruptive conduct, and attempts to access another user’s account or nonpublic systems.
4. Virtual items and progression
Virtual currencies, items, rewards, ranks, and other game content are licensed digital features, not cash, property, or stored value. They have no monetary value outside the game and may not be sold or transferred unless the service explicitly permits it. We may adjust content, balance, progression, or rewards to operate and improve the game, subject to applicable law.
5. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by Google Play and are also subject to Google Play’s terms. Prices and taxes are shown before purchase. Except where required by law or platform policy, purchases are final. Request eligible refunds through Google Play or contact support if an item was not delivered. We may revoke items associated with a refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or unauthorized transaction.
6. Service changes and availability
Mythril Arena is an evolving online service. Features may change, and maintenance, outages, security events, capacity, or circumstances outside our control may interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that any particular feature, mode, rank, reward, or item will remain available. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice of material adverse changes or service closure.
7. Enforcement and termination
We may warn, restrict, suspend, reset, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or serious disruption. We will consider context and severity and provide process required by applicable law. You may stop using the service or permanently delete your account at any time. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
Mythril Arena, its software, names, logos, designs, audiovisual content, and related rights belong to Mythril Studios or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited license above. If you submit suggestions, you permit us to use them without payment or obligation, but you keep ownership of any rights you already hold.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Mythril Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or lost profits or data, arising from the service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us through the service in the preceding 12 months or USD 50.
These limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot be limited for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without excluding mandatory protections of the country where you live. Before filing a claim, contact support@mythril-arena.online so we can try to resolve it. You may bring a claim in any court or forum available under mandatory law.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated where required, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account. Contact Mythril Studios at support@mythril-arena.online.
